A really nice property. Although a couple of tiles were loose in the bathroom - the rest of the room was really nice. The loose tiles in no way detected from our experience (I just notice those kind of things). The staff were nice and polite and welcoming. The shower drained really well and the shower had great pressure - both things it seems many hotels suffer from - but not here. It was great. Well done!!

We stayed 1 night (5/30)for an event in Chicago. We checked in early and everything seemed great. The staff was friendly, hotel is remodeled and looks nice. We came back after midnight and our room had several live cockroaches. We didnt call the desk as it was late and whats the point in switching to another room in the same building? Also, our hot water was backwards on the tub/shower. The front desk staff was always very nice and the place appears clean, but if you look at the wall paper in your room you can see all the places bugs have been killed. It's gross. We stayed in 116.

Really clean hotel! Staff are very professional and friendly! I really like the room layout and how they utilize the space. Sherri is a manager there and is amazing. If there are any issues, she and the other staff will do the best they can to resolve them. Nothing beats an establishment who hold themselves accountable and to a high standard.
